The thought of spending an entire day in a classroom filled with new friends and a new teacher can be overwhelming – not to mention that dreaded moment of letting go of mom and dad and riding the school bus alone for the first time. 


The Sudbury Student Services Consortium’s First Time Bus Rider Program, which was held last week, prepares children for that first big step and teaches them that riding the bus safely can be fun.
