COVID-19 means new media reporter Heather Green-Oliver and her five-year-old Tommy are working from home during the school and daycare closure.

Sudbury.com is livestreaming their daily adventures as they stave off boredom with learning and fun.

In light of the COVID-19 virus, several long-term care homes in Greater Sudbury have suspended non-essentioal visits to ensure the safety of their residents.

Today, Tommy and his mommy played with different painting techniques including scratch and sniff paint and painting with bubbles to create art for the residents. 

You can help brighten the nursing homes by sending photos of your creations and video messages to the residents who won't be able to see their family members during the COVID-19 pandemic.
