At Sudbury.com we know that kindness is contagious. Even a small act of kindness can make a big difference in our community. 

Sudbury.com reporter, and host of our Acts of Kindness video series, Heather Green-Oliver has been working from home with her five-year-old son Tommy. 

Together, they have turned social distancing into a fun, interactive way for families to stay connected through their daily livestreams. The series is called "Tommy and his mommy" and you can take part in their adventures on Sudbury.com each weekday morning at 10 a.m. 

Inspired by the Sudbury Kindness Rock Project, the duo spent the morning performing their own act of kindness by placing colourfully painted rocks along a local trail.
