The Bel Canto Chorus presents its holiday concert for choir and strings, Winter Day, Silent Night, Dec. 7-8.
Join the group as it celebrates 200 years of Stille Nacht (Silent Night).
Cellist Erika Nielson joins the choir to perform the Sudbury premiere of A Winter Day, a beautiful five-movement work by Canadian composer Sarah Quartel.
Guest performers include Jamie Arrowsmith, viola, Mary Kozak, violin, Metro Kozak, violin, Ryan McEwen, percussion, and Erika Nielson, cello. Pamela Teed will conduct, accompanied by Suzanne Roy-Wilson on piano.
