The YouthREX Northeast Hub is looking to recruit up to 25 Sudbury area high school students to participate in its New Opportunities for Innovative Student Engagement (N.O.I.S.E.) program.

The program promotes youth leadership by supporting them to make changes in their community through the power of research and innovation.

YouthREX is a province-wide initiative based at York University with five regional hubs across Ontario. Its mission is to make research evidence and evaluation practices accessible to Ontario's grassroots youth sector through knowledge mobilization, capacity building and evaluation leadership.

The program will be held weekly from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. at Sudbury Theatre Centre starting Sept. 19.
