Doom duo has performed more than 100 shows in just 1.5 years

Moncton, New Brunswick's award-nominated and winning mantra doom duo ZAUM will be performing at The Townehouse in Sudbury on Sept. 15.

The tour is also in support of their latest album "Eidolon" released during October 2016 via label I HATE Records

Since the album's release the band has been touring in Europe performing in multiple countries with the likes of Pentagram and Cauldron and festivals including Roadburn last year (with the likes of Baroness and Chelsea Wolfe). 

The band has also garnered multiple award nominations and wins most recently a 2018 East Coast Music Award for Loud Recording of The Year.

ZAUM is Kyle Alexander McDonald (bass/vocal/synth/textures) and Christopher Lewis (drums/percussion).

Their debut album “Oracles” released in June 2014 was nominated for an ECMA Award for Best Loud Recording and reviewed 100+ times – subject to much critical acclaim primarily throughout Europe.

In their 1.5 years as an active touring band ZAUM have amassed more than 100 shows (mainly international) including support stints for Voivod, Pentagram, and Cauldron.
