Damian Moore may only be 14-years-old but this young man has shown tremendous compassion.
His mom, Lenore, said he is the family's rock.
When Lenore's mom received a devastating cancer diagnosis — Damian vowed to spend as much time as he could with his Nana.
Sadly, Nana passed away in May.
Although her passing has been hard on Damian, he continues to hold himself together for those around him and offers an ear and a shoulder to cry on.
Watch as we visit the family and recognize Damian for his big heart.
