123.9: Sudbury gas jumped six cents per litre in price yesterday

We're now about 10 cents per litre higher than the Ontario average

If you need gas, you should have filled up earlier this week, gas prices in Greater Sudbury have jumped six cents per litre at most stations to 123.9 ahead of the Thankgiving long weekend, according to GasBuddy.com.

The cheapest gas in the city is still listed at 114.6 at Circle K in Lively (but that price was reported nearly a day ago, and has likely jumped). The most expensive gas in the city is 124.9 at Canadian Tire in Chelmsford.

Gas costs 120.6 to 123.9 in Espanola and 116.3 to 116.9 in Sturgeon Falls.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 114.0. The cheapest gas in the province is 97.9 in Deseronto and Muncey. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 149.9 in Atikokan.
