Tuesday seems to be the day for gas price spikes in Greater Sudbury, and yesterday was no exception.

Prices in town spiked about seven cents per litre at most stations to 126.9, according to GasBuddy.com.The cheapest gas in the city is 116.6 at Mac's in Lively. The most expensive gas in the city is 127.3 at Petro-Canada in Hanmer.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas ranges in price from 111.7 to 111.8.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 119.3. The cheapest gas in the province is 102.9 in Muncey. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 136.9 in Manitouwadge.
