Snow and local blowing snow from the night before should end in the morning, amounting to around 2 cm of accumulation. 

Northern 30 km/h wind gusting to 50 km/h at times, will begin to lighten in the early afternoon.

A wind chill of -29 expected in the morning, warming slightly to -19 in the afternoon, introducing risk of frostbite.

Mainly cloudy skies overnight and wind up to 15 km/h.

Temperatures near a low of -18, with a -24 wind chill in the evening.
