Acts of Kindness: This cancer fighter was having a really bad day, watch as we turn it around

Sudbury.com's final 12 Days of Kindness is an emotional one as we surprise Lise Langridge

When you receive a devastating cancer diagnoses, life as you know it can change overnight.

This past September, Lise Langridge was diagnosed with not one but two cancers but she remains hopeful.

After opening her doors to her grandson, his mother and another family member, Lise has been striving to not only cope with her illness but to minimize the impact on her family.

Her strength of spirit is an inspiration to many of her co-workers at Pioneer Manor who asked us to help them with an act of kindness.

She has no idea that we are here to brighten her day and in some small way, lighten the financial burden of her illness.

Today marks the last day of Sudbury.com's 12 Days of Kindness but we are pleased to announce that we will continue to perform acts of kindness throughout the year.

If you know someone who is deserving of an act of kindness, you can nominate them to be our next recipient at Sudbury.com/AOK.
