After a few days of chilly weather, it looks like Greater Sudbury will be returning to the mostly unseasonably warm temperatures we've been having over the past month.

Today the temperature will get up to 15 C, Wednesday 18 C, Thursday 14 C,  Friday 18 C, Saturday 19 C, Sunday 15 C and Monday 13 C.

By the way, the average high for Oct. 17 is 9.8 C. The highest temperature on record for Oct. 17 is 23.3 C in 1968, and the lowest temperature on record for Oct. 17 is -6.7 C.

In late September, an early-fall heat wave broke temperature records several days in a row.
