Back-to-school shopping usually includes a new backpack, binders, cute shoes and a spiffy first-day outfit.

But if your kids are heading back into the classroom this September, you may want to send them off with a few new items.

Sudbury.com has come up with an arsenal of personal protective items to help keep them healthy and safe as they head back to school.

Masks

Students in Grades 4 to 12 are required to wear non-medical or cloth masks indoors in school, including in hallways and during class. Luckily, most retailers now sell reusable face masks and or disposable masks in various sizes and designs.
