Environment Canada has introduced a “this hour's hot and cold spots” feature on its website, and you'll never guess where the hot spot in both Ontario and Canada is right now.
It's 28.9 C in the Northern Ontario community of Moosonee, making it the warmest place in the province and country as of 1 p.m. June 24.
The coldest spot in Ontario is the Fort Severn Airport, where it's 6 C, and the coldest spot in Canada is Cape Hooper, Nunavut, where it's -1.4 C.
By the way, it's currently 25 C in Sudbury, with a high of 28 C expected.
