Members of the Freedom Riders Motorcycle Association of Northern Ontario recently donated $1,100 to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
The money will be used to help send one local child to Camp Huronda, a summer camp for children and youth living with Type 1 diabetes.
The Freedom Riders are based in Sudbury, and are a non-profit motorcycle club composed of riders without regard to brand, age, occupation or experience level.
