Awards and scholarships were handed out to 36 student athletes at the Vipères Gala at Collège Boréal on April 10.
The event celebrated the achievements of Collège Boréal athletes in both extramural and varsity sports, with the soccer, hockey, basketball, volleyball and badminton teams, honouring their players for an outstanding season.
“I’m incredibly proud of our Vipères athletes, who not only reached new heights in Ontario’s recreational sports, but also overcame the intense pressures of the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association to reach the podium,” said Collège Boréal president Daniel Giroux, in a press release.
“Their achievements, commitment, and courage make their success even more remarkable.”
