Collège Boréal will soon be offering French-language career education and training programs at Centennial College?s Centre for Creative Communications in Toronto.
Centennial College has earned a reputation as one of the most diverse post-secondary institutions in the country and the Collège Boréal programs will contribute to the rich multicultural mix at the college.
?We are truly pleased to have access to such a location in the heart of Toronto, thanks to our partnership with Centennial College,? said Gisèle Chrétien, president of Collège Boréal.
?The facilities, which include ample space, state-of-the-art equipment and numerous amenities, will be an outstanding feature in serving our francophone learners in the Greater Toronto area.?
French-language courses to be offered starting this fall include business and health science-related studies.
?We?re delighted to have a new presence on our campus,? said Centennial College president Richard Johnston. ?The increased diversity that will come with these French-speaking students will enrich the already stimulating environment at the centre and will increase awareness of Centennial and Collège Boréal in the broadly-based immigrant community that includes North Africans and Haitians, for example.
