The former premier of Newfoundland and former federal cabinet minister Brian Tobin will speak in Sudbury next month.

Tobin will discuss what Canada needs to do to take full advantage of the knowledge-based economy.
As premier of Newfoundland, he played hardball with Inco over the development of Voisey?s Bay demanding a refinery be built in the province.
The luncheon will take place May 10 at the Ramada Inn downtown. Tickets are $30.
