Cinéfest Sudbury International Film Festival has unveiled the official image for its 34th edition. Designed in collaboration with Sudbury firm 50 Carleton, the image evokes the official tagline of this year’s festival, “Birds of a Feather”, which refers to the local film-lovers who “flock together” every year at Cinéfest.

Greater Sudbury’s international film festival, Cinéfest, is gearing up to bring people back to the movies, starting Sept. 17.

In anticipation, Cinéfest passports are now available to purchase.

If you buy before Aug. 12, you can take advantage of a five-per-cent discount on both Passports and Passport+. If you’re a Red Carpet Patron, though, the discount is 10 per cent.

Passports are $275 and give you unlimited access to all festival films, including gala presentations as well as a host of other perks.

Passport+ are $400 and give you all the same benefits as a passport, with access to all festival films and other perks, with the added benefit of being provided access to Cinéfest’s Hospitality Trailer at Silver City.

Passes are available online at Cinefest.com, over the phone by calling 705-688-1234, or by visiting Cinefest's Box Office at 40 Larch Street downtown.

Books of general admission and gala screening tickets will be available mid-August, the festival said, with Cinefest's full film lineup to be announced on Aug. 25.
