The city is installing new traffic signals at the intersection of Scarlet Road and Second Avenue today (Oct. 10).
The Second Avenue Infrastructure improvement project continues in that area and the signals are meant to increase traffic safety for drivers and pedestrians, the city said.
Residents are asked to be alert and cautious when proceeding through the intersection.
