The City of Lakes Family Health Team (COLFHT) has been certified a Great Place to Work for Millennials after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute Canada.
The certification is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work, said a news release. The data has a 90-per-cent confidence and a plus or minus five-per-cent margin of error.
Analysis of the data to compile this list focused on the following considerations:
-Organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year
-At least 30 per cent of their employees must fit the Millennial demographic (born after 1980)
-They must have minimum 90 per cent positive response to the statement "I am treated fairly regardless of my age"
-The organization must meet a minimum consistency index among the different age demographics
Great Place to Work determined the BEST based the overall Trust Index score from Millennials working in the organization.
The City of Lakes Family Health Team said in the news release it is committed to working with its employees and affiliated physicians towards creating a positive organizational culture. All members attend to the team effort of building trustful and collaborative relationships and that commitment extends to their patients.
