Collège Notre-Dame raises more than $20,000 for cancer research

Collège Notre-Dame students canvassed door-to-door, baked goodies and strutted their stuff in a fashion show to raise $20,100 for the Northern Cancer Research Foundation.

Collège Notre-Dame students canvassed door-to-door, baked goodies and strutted their stuff in a fashion show to raise $20,100 for the Northern Cancer Research Foundation.

“It's an absolute pleasure to see students that are this enthusiastic and dedicated to raising funds for cancer research,” Melanie Dionne, community development assistant with the cancer research foundation, stated in a press release.

“These students, and those who came before them, should be proud of themselves for raising close to half a million dollars for the Northern Cancer Research Foundation.”
