The Sudbury Regional Hospital is advising clients and the community that they have relocated their community mental health programs.

As of Jan. 9, the Mood and Anxiety Program, the Central Intake and Referral Coordination Service, the Early Intervention Program, the Regional Eating Disorders Program, and the Seniors Mental Health Outreach Program will all be located on the first floor of the Laurentian site.

?The regular Christmas closure of the programs gave us the opportunity to relocate the programs with minimal disruption to our clients,? says Maureen McLelland, administrative director of the mental health programs in a news release.

?We welcome patients and staff from the former Clinton St. location and are pleased to offer more comfortable and modern facilities at the Laurentian site.?

One important aspect of the move is the introduction of a new Central Intake and Referral phone number, which will facilitate access to adult community mental health services. By calling 523-4988, people requiring access to adult mental health treatment will now have one phone number to call for referral to all out-patient adult mental health services.
