Married with two daughters, Racine, 45, works at Canada Customs and Revenue Agency in the taxation department.

?I?ve been playing the same six numbers consisting of family birthdays for the last 12 years and they finally came up,? the lucky winner says. ?It was pure excitement when I checked my ticket at the grocery store.?

Racine will use the money to purchase a new Plymouth Montana, pay some bills and invest the rest of the money.

The winning ticket was sold at the Super C Grocery store on Lasalle Boulevard.
