Sudbury.com is recognizing Brady Courville as today's Essential Worker of the Day.
Courville works in laundry at Pioneer Manor.
"This young man has always had a smile on his face during the most challenging days," Maria Mastroianni wrote.
"When passing through the halls, especially my dementia unit, he takes time to talk to the residents. If one has a concern he will sit with them and assist them as best as he can."
"He is one of the most patient front line workers I have encountered and even though his duties may not require communication with residents at all times, he won’t ever walk by a resident without a positive interaction."
