Sudbury.com is recognizing Lyn Fortin as today's Essential Worker of the Day.
Fortin is a compounding technician at Pharmasave in Val Caron.
Nicole Bouvier said Fortin is "always trying to make people laugh at work and is making the best out of the not-so-funny situation we are in."
"Not only is she an essential worker throughout this pandemic, she is a super hero at home too," Bouvier said.
"(Lyn) is a single mom of a 9 and 6 year old, homeschooling, chef and maid. She does all this while still pushing a smile on her face.
"She is humble and kind and like every other essential worker deserves a huge pat on the back."
