Sudbury.com is recognizing Nick Lavoie as today's Essential Worker of the Day.
Lavoie is the owner of Northern Internet Solutions.
"He has been traveling to remote locations to install internet for all the folks that are working from home," Mélanie Lavoie said.
"Without Nick's help there would be so many people losing income and not able to stay up-to-date with their studies."
