Sudbury.com is recognizing Narwinder Kaur Sidhu as today's Essential Worker of the Day.
Sidu is a security guard for Paragon Security Services at Elm Place, formerly known as the Rainbow Centre Mall on Elm Street.
"I want to give a shout out to Narwinder Kaur," Harsharvan Singh wrote. "I appreciate her dedication during COVID-19.
"Working as a security guard in the downtown area of the Sudbury is not an easy job. But Narwinder makes it look very easy with her unique calm and respectful but effective manner to deal with people in need.
"She helps maintaining a safe and helpful environment for the shoppers and visitors of the Rainbow Centre. An amazing soul."
