The Finlandia SISU Foundation presents the 2nd edition Brunch in a Box just in time for Mother’s Day.
Each box is $100 (includes a partial charitable donation), is portioned for two, includes a fresh rose, and a few special Finnish treats; Suolakala, (cured salmon on rye bread), karjalanpiirakka (rice pie), pulla and new for this year fresh squeezed orange juice, sweet maple syrup with a recipe and a few ingredients included to make your own lätujä (Finnish pancakes).
Local artist Liisa Blomme has created a Finnish inspired floral design that will be featured on a note card included with each box.
Confirm and pre-pay by April 29 to guarantee your brunch for pick up on May 5 between 3 and 5 p.m. at Finlandia Village.
