Environment Canada has issued a fog advisory for Greater Sudbury as of 3:45 p.m. on Jan. 20.
"Persons in or near this area should be on the lookout for adverse weather conditions and take necessary safety precautions. Watch for updated statements," said the advisory on Environment Canada's website.
Near zero visibility in fog is expected or occurring. Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero.
