Fog grounds flights from Sudbury airport

Heavy fog blanketing the city Wednesday is wreaking havoc with flights at Greater Sudbury Airport. Several Air Canada flights into the city have been cancelled or delayed, and the 10 a.m. Porter Airlines flight to Toronto have been cancelled.

Heavy fog blanketing the city Wednesday is wreaking havoc with flights at Greater Sudbury Airport.

Several Air Canada flights into the city have been cancelled or delayed, and the 10 a.m. Porter Airlines flight to Toronto have been cancelled.

Afternoon flights are still scheduled to go ahead, weather permitting. The next Air Canada flight to Toronto is scheduled for 3:45 p.m., while the next Porter flight is scheduled for 5 p.m.

The 4:10 p.m. flight from Toronto into Sudbury is also still scheduled.
