The balmy (for February) weather continues today in Greater Sudbury with a forecast high of 5 C.
There is a risk of freezing rain early this morning, according to a special weather statement issued by Environment Canada.
"The risk of freezing rain will begin early Tuesday morning and diminish by late Tuesday morning as temperatures rise above the freezing mark," the statement reads. "Travel conditions may deteriorate Tuesday morning as untreated surfaces may become icy and slippery."
However, periods of rain will give way to a mix of sun and cloud in the afternoon.
This evening, expect mainly cloudy skies with a 30 percent chance of showers overnight and a low of 1 C.
