Gas prices have jumped across province, and a few Sudbury stations now at 108.9

Most local stations are still at 101.9, though, with gas in outlying areas even cheaper

Most gas stations in Greater Sudbury are still charging between 101.6 and 101.9, according to GasBuddy.com. However, two local stations, Petro-Canada on Highway 17 near Coniston and Shell on Lasalle and Barrydowne, have jumped to 108.9.

Several gas stations in outlying areas, specifically Lively and Chelmsford, are still charging under a dollar per litre for gas.

The cheapest gas in the city is 97.3 at the Mac's stations in both Lively and Chelmsford.

In nearby Sturgeon Falls, gas has jumped to 105.9, up significantly over last week.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 101.5 (that's up from an average of 94.9 on Friday). The cheapest gas in the province is 80.3 in Moraviantown First Nation. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 125.9 in Geraldton and Mississauga.
