Canadian comics Darren Frost and Kenny Robinson are coming to Sudbury on April 23 for a show at the Coulson Entertainment Centre.
The two are visiting Sudbury as a part of the “very adult” Rank ‘N’ Vile Tour. The two comedians are known for their in-your-face type of profane opinions and social commentary. Their shows have sold out at the Winnipeg Comedy Festival and both of them have a combined 60-years of experience in comedy.
Robinson has been touring across North America for almost 40 years now. The legend appeared in the Russell Peters Xmas Special and the Now Magazine Top Ten Comic Moments. But Peters isn’t the only comic he shared a stage with. Robinson has also performed with Chris Rock, Dave Chappelle, and Jim Carrey.He’s also won the Phil Hartman Award at the Canadian Comedy Awards and is a critically acclaimed comic.
Frost most recently worked on the popular Halloween episode of Murdoch Mysteries. He’s also been in the movie ‘Pay the Ghost’ with Nicholas Cage and appeared in season two of the hit show Mr. D on CBC. He’s also been featured in movies like the Hairspray with John Travolta and Michelle Pfiffer and Assault on Precinct 13 with Ethan Hawke. He’s been in 22 shows at Just For Laughs and he’s also been in over 50 commercials.
