Another grey November day is expected today, although the weather will be fairly mild for this time of year.

Wednesday will be mainly cloudy with a 40 per cent chance of flurries early in the morning with risk of freezing drizzle. 

Fog patches dissipating in the morning. Wind up to 15 km/h. High of 3 C. Wind chill of -3 C in the morning. UV index 1 or low.

Wednesday night will be cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of flurries. Low of -1 C.
