It’s the third Sunday in June, a special day marked by countries around the world in celebration and thanks for the dads, daddies, and papas and all that they do for those that they love.
They do a lot for us brats, show patience like no other. For that, we’d like to say thanks, and for a few other things, but we’ll try not to ramble.
So thank you, dad, for being the one that shows up, a man you can count on, a man you can trust.
Thank you for the love and the care you bring home, for all the hugs and the laughter, the adventures and fun.
Thanks for always knowing just what to do, no matter the situation, I know you’ll fix it with anything from tissues to screws.
I know times are tough, but you taught me how to ruff it.
Thanks for that too, because of you, I'm stronger, kinder, and smarter.
You’re the best dad out there, there’s no competition, no question.
