The Rainbow Centre is so over the rainbow (the Rainbow in their name, that is).
Vista Hospitality, which owns the Rainbow Centre, is holding a contest to find a new name for the downtown mall and office building.
“Being one of the biggest shopping centres and AAA office real estate in all of Northern Ontario, the Rainbow Centre wants Sudburians' valued opinions to help us rename The Rainbow Centre,” the mall said in a news release.
Taking part is easy. Simply visit RebrandtheRainbow.ca and make your suggestion for a new name. At the end of November, the Rainbow Centre will narrow the list to the 10 best, and then the public will be invited to vote.
The person who suggested the winning name will win $1,000, while the runner-up walks away with a cool $500.
