The Friends and Family Ice Fishing event scheduled for this Sunday, Feb. 17 at Lake Laurentian Conservation Area has been cancelled due to slushy ice conditions on the lake.
Conservation Sudbury issued a news release on Feb. 14, indicating that the event has been cancelled.
The news release did not indicate whether the event will be rescheduled for a later date.
