The Foyer Inner-City Home of Sudbury is partnering with the Sudbury Wolves to launch a 50/50 draw, raising money for the programs and services offered by the charity supporting hunger and homelessness in the community.

Providing support to more than 600 children and 2000 individuals in Sudbury monthly, the Foyer Inner City Home will partner with the Wolves for a three-year term. The 50/50 tickets will be sold at all home games, as well as in a new, on-line 50/50 draw. More information on tickets can be found at innercitywolves5050.com and with QR codes that will be placed throughout the city.

The tickets at games will be sold by volunteers from the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 564 in Lockerby.

“On behalf of the board of directors, I extend a sincere thank you to Dario Zulich and the entire Wolves organization for recognizing the necessity to assist needy families and children in our community,” said board president Joe Drago. “We are delighted to have this partnership.”

Also announced as part of the event is Drago’s new honour as the first lifetime Wolves member. “As a former owner of the Wolves and Vice Chair of Hockey Canada, we are pleased to announce that Joe Drago will become our first lifetime Wolves member,” said Dario Zulich, Wolves owner and governor. “In honour of his commitment to the Greater Sudbury community, the Wolves organization and the sport of hockey.”
