Apex Warrior and Sudbury's first Pro Ninja, Patrick Drolet (a.k.a Coach Pat), is posting fun daily challenges on his Facebook page in hopes of motivating kids to get active.

Apex Warrior has come up with a creative and fun way to keep kids fit while exercising social distancing.

Sudbury's first Pro Ninja, Patrick Drolet (a.k.a Coach Pat), is posting fun daily challenges on his Facebook page in hopes of motivating kids to get active.

Do you offer classes of any sort? Are you sharing them on Facebook or YouTube? Let Sudbury.com know. We'll happily help spread the word and carry your videos on Sudbury.com.

So far the ninjas in training have been challenged to build their own obstacle course inside their home, grip stength, and burpees.

Parents are encouraged to upload videos of their kids completing the challenge. For every video posted, they will be entered into a draw for a chance to win three personal training sessions with Coach Pat once the Apex Warrior gym opens up again.

The gym is offering free adult classes online everyday this week at 8 a.m. and 5:30 pm. Anyone can participate. Sing up at ApexWarrior.ca.

Beginning April 6, Apex will offer free online workout classes for kids on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
