The manhole repair on Elm Street has been completed and both eastbound lanes, as well as the centre westbound lane, are now open. The curb side westbound lane at 490 Elm will remain closed while the repair area is back filled. That will take place on Thursday morning, and the curb lane will reopen around noon.

An emergency repair to a manhole on Elm Street has closed both west bound lanes near Ethelbert Street this afternoon. One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction.
Crews are expected to completed and expect to be working on repairs most of the day and possibly tomorrow.
