Construction of phase one of Place des Arts begins Oct. 23 at the Larch Street site.
As a result of the beginning of construction, the Larch Street municipal parking lot will be permanently closed beginning Monday, Oct. 22.
Phase one of the project includes site preparation, and is expected to be complete in the fall of 2018. Phase two of the project, which includes building construction, will begin in spring of 2019, and will continue into 2020.
