Sudbury.com will livestream an election debate hosted by two local seniors’ organizations at 2 p.m. this afternoon.
The local chapter of CARP (Canadian Association of Retired Persons) and Friendly to Seniors - Sudbury has invited the major party candidates from both the Sudbury and Nickel Belt ridings. They will discuss issues important to older people.
Sudbury.com community editor Mark Gentili is moderating the debate, which is expected to last no longer than 90 minutes.
The event is open to in-person participation, but attendance is limited to 50 people in the room, and masks are required.
