LIVE: Ford, education minister to make announcement this morning

Premier Doug Ford is expected to make an announcement at 10 a.m. at Queen's Park this morning.

Ford will be joined by Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, and Stephen Lecce, Minister of Education, to make an announcement.
