Premier Doug Ford is making an annoucement alongside Minister of Education Stephen Lecce at this hour.
He is also being joined by Deputy Premier and Minister of Health Christine Elliott at the 10 a.m. news conference at Queen's Park in Toronto.
This comes after Lecce announced the province's return-to-school plan last week amid the COVID-19 pandemic, and a day after he opened the door to more safety measures being put in place in schools
