At 24, Connor Larocque has his eyes firmly on the prize.
He’s a Laurentian University grad, a motivational speaker, a kick boxer, and co-founder of marketing agency SocialRise. He also runs his own sales and consulting firm, LA Roqk Enterprises.
As a speaker, he is sponsored by Big Ideas Speakers Bureau, which counts among its notable talkers Kevin O’Leary, Conrad Black and Arlene Dickinson. Larocque says he’s the youngest of the bunch.
Recently, his motivational speaking took him to Charlottetown, PEI, where he gave the opening keynote address at a conference for the Canadian Society of Professional Event Planners.
“My address was the opening keynote on ‘How to unleash your potential,’ Larocque said told Sudbury.com in an email. “In it, I talked about my entrepreneurial journey and how I earned a Ph. D in Rejection.”
