Mine Mill Local 598/Unifor and Glencore Nickel Sudbury Operations came to a tentative collective agreement Jan. 30.
"The bargaining committee has bargained long and hard in an effort to reach a fair and equitable collective agreement," said a news release from Mine Mill Local 598/Unifor Bargaining Committee.
"We are pleased to announce that a tentative collective agreement has been reached."
More details will be available at the ratification vote meeting on Jan. 31.
Meetings will be held at 1 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Voting on the tentative agreement will be open from 1 p.m. until the completion of the 7:30 p.m. meeting at the Radisson Palladium Room.
