The majority of gas stations in Greater Sudbury are charging below the dollar per litre mark, with most at 98.0 today, according to GasBuddy.com.

However, it's Tuesday, the day gas price increases normally kick in locally, so there may be a spike within hours.

The cheapest gas in the city is 97.8 at Norstar in Val Caron. The most expenisve gas in the city is 106.9 at Byrnes in Azilda.

Gas costs 100.3 to 100.9 in Espanola and 105.6 in Sturgeon Falls.

The average price of gas in Ontario today is 95.7. The cheapest gas in the province is 79.9 in Alderville. The most expensive Ontario gas listed on GasBuddy.com today is 125.4 in Sioux Lookout.
