The intersection was reopened as of 3 a.m. Feb. 22, Greater Sudbury Police said in a tweet.

The Martindale Road and Regent Street intersection is closed as the result of a multi-vehicle collision.

At least three vehicles are involved in the collision, including a pickup truck, car and minivan, and Greater Sudbury firefighters were seen on site carrying a jaws of life instrument shortly after 9 p.m.

Various emergency personnel were seen on site, and Sudbury.com will publish more information is it becomes available.
