There is a new uniformed police officer who will be visiting English high schools in the city.

Const. Stefany Mussen of the Greater Sudbury Police began her duties as community liaison officer this week, and received a tour of St. Benedict Catholic Secondary School, one of the schools on her roster.

She introduced herself to a number of students in the building in an effort to ensure they know who she is and approach her about issues or questions they have on future visits.

Mussen replaces former community liaison officer Const. Hally Willmott, who now has another assignment within the police service.
